I read almost full time on my Samsung Galaxy S5, and have read on my various earlier phones since about my S2, if I were to guess. I read on my Nook Simple Touch in rare situations where battery life matters (long plane flight) or sunlight is really strong (beach, outdoor patio), and I read on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S (7-inch) when a larger screen is important (technical reading, stuff with lots of figures, pdf). But my phone with its bazillion books is always with me, it's small and easy to handle, and I really can't imagine reading very much on anything else.

Oh yeah, and I read on various iPaq PDAs and a Samsung Galaxy Player before the phones...
