Again, not to me, not in real use. The colouration across the screen appears identical, but I seem to recall that you mean 'brightness' when you say 'colour' and in fact the colour is unchanging: I'll operate on that assumption for the rest of this post.
Part of this, again, is the intensity thing -- the screen brightness is meant to be set so that the page appears white, but no higher, and I do that, and no gradient is discernible -- but the camera sees that same level differently, and sees the same thing I do at certain too-low lighting levels, that the side of the screen further from the LEDs is dimmer than the other.
If I observe this effect myself, it's just a sign that the light level is set wrong (and the screen is probably bloody hard to read with the light that low, so I turn it up three or four notches, and the problem goes away and the screen is easier to read). You get intensity gradients across the screen when reading paper books with a side light too, but nobody complains about that, because, y'know, it's *not a problem*.
