I don't know how much you're factoring Mobi support into your decision. Just be aware that Kobo's Mobi support is considered poor (I don't think they've done anything with it in years) by a lot of people who've tried it. AFAIK most end up converting their Mobi's to ePub (or kePub) instead of using the Kobo's Mobi rendering.
