LOL, I'm in charge so I rarely have patients .. happily when I do most of the base of the charting is in the AM when I have contacts in and then I can "copy forward" anything that hasn't changed. I have an appointment to get new glasses this month to see what the heck is happening with my eyes anyway. Last year they changed from -4.25 to -2.75, so they got better but it's a big prescription change. I was feeling the same way at this time or year last year. Then when I got my new glasses last year it was amazing because I was being over corrected and that was why I couldn't see, and on top of it I was getting eye strain from the prescription being too strong.
