I have been checking
UCP's Twitter page daily for the last two or three months. When I checked today, the free ebook of the month was on it, and I immediately posted it. I had not checked my email for the day until after I had seen the announcement on the Twitter page, but when I did I noticed the same thing that you did--that UCP hadn't sent the email yet.
