People make too much work of holiday cooking. We always go by tent and we have a one pit cooker. Just throw everything in the biggest of the pans (use the other pan as holding container for when you want to cook the ingredients seperately) and you're done! This is a good plan, but I should make it clear that I'm not talking about a temporary holiday.
