Device: Kobo Touch
Technogeek needs help.

I have huge problems with my Kobo Touch:
a) unable to sync since Feb 2016.
b) Last 5 books I purchased weren't downloaded to my Touch because I'm told my device is full.
c) Because of b) I removed quite a few books from my ereader but I'm still told it's full.
d) Suddenly whilst trying to sync yet again all of my books removed themselves from my ereader and are now apparently on "the cloud".
e) I now have no access to any of my books as my library on Touch is empty, although they show on my desktop library but minus the blue symbol against each one (which would depict that they're in my ereader library).
Thus there seems to be a major problem with my Touch ereader and (I feel) a major problem with my Kobo desktop, which I feel has corrupted itself. PLEASE HELP soonest, as Kobo seems disinclined to
