Innula - my guess is that the problems your having with Calibre and SublimeText have a common cause - something you run at startup is interfering with both.
It shouldn't take long to do a binary search through Task Manager's start up list. Lets say you have 20 startup items, you'll find the culprit with 5 re-logons (no need to restart); probably less, because after 2 or 3 your intuition will kick in...
Assuming you don't have a huge (IMO > 30) number of items in Start up, it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes. If you do have a 'huge' number of items you could make it quicker by disabling the need to enter a Win 10 password ==>>
