Yesterday, Amazon added 3 colors to their lowest cost Fire and put it on sale for $39.95. The 32 Gig SD card is also on sale for $11.87. It does not say how long the sale will last.
My sister is buying one to add to my account so that she can access both my ebooks and audiobooks directly, as my account is already shared with another family member (you can only have 2). Then she'll stop stealing my Mom's Fire (used primarily for reading the local paper and watching Netflix).
