FanFicFare does not have any method of editing story chapter content. If the author has included those notes as part of the story text, then you'll have to use calibre's Edit Book to remove them. If it's exactly the same list everytime, you could use a find and replace.

FYI, the last calibre release included a new Edit Book feature I submitted that lets you configure Edit Book to show you the full pathname for files in the ebook. It's specifically for EpubMerged books / FanFicFare anthologies. See attached.
It is AO3! Winning. I'll add that to my personal.ini. Should it go under the site specific stuff, or the general area? I'm sorry I missed that - I swear I tried to read first.

I haven't had a chance to look at the edit book feature yet. I only updated about 20 min ago from the beta I installed for testing.
