Onyx makes ereaders which fill every requirement except waterproof. So does Pocketbook.

I do not know of a retailer who carries them in Europe, though.

Kobo ereaders can fill every requirement except page turn buttons, and can be bought from the various Kobo stores in Europe as well as from many electronics retailers.
