Did you read knc1's post above? Read his quote from amazon, explaining the differences from the previous firmware version. Just because you cannot see any GUI changes does not mean there were NO changes. The GUI framework is just a program that runs on top of a huge amount of code that includes the linux kernel, the device drivers, the rest of the operating system, and a pile of custom amazon/lab126 scripts and accessory programs and utilities. Any (or many) of these software components could have been updated to newer better (or worse) versions during the recent firmware update. What you see is NOT all you get...
