It depends on what you mean by "sideloaded" If you are adding the books over USB, then yes...you have to add the books to the collections manually on each separate device. If you are adding the books by emailing them to the Kindle cloud, or by using the Send to Kindle app, then once they are added to a collection on one device, then they are also shown in the collection on all other devices.
