I finished Chains of Command by Marko Kloos yesterday, the brand-new 4th book in his Frontlines mil-SF series, published by Amazon's 47North imprint. I enjoyed it. I don't think I found it quite as gripping as some of the earlier installments - I seem to have taken about a week to read it, which is longer than the previous books - but I thought the story was better than book 3, and I can now see how the series might go forward.

Next up I'm thinking Deep Wizardry by Diane Duane, the second Young Wizards book. Should be a quick light read.
