Like Remove, it's confirmation message shouldn't be blithely ignored. It takes a lot longer to fix a blunder that to avoid making it in the first instance. I overcome that to some degree by always doing the DnD from the desktop - even tho' it means copying the file to the desktop and removing it afterwards.
