That would require another custom tag style column (and corresponding added load on the db) for the included titles. Personally, I like my simple method adding "contents" text to the Comments field which allows searches for both an anthologies' or collections' included titles and, if I add the authors as well, their authors. It doesn't provide a tag interface, but a simple search works well. I've used it for years.
