I think I'm right in saying they're the default values.
FWIW : I'm using Word 2010, I normally attach one of 3 Templates to calibre bound documents. They all have the same FirstPara style.

Great! I'll check into that. I did upload the html file to KDP late last night with the .01 first line and that seemed to do the trick even though it doesn't show up correctly in Calibre.
