The disk space is less than half used. The RAM was 55% free and Swap was 100% free.

I'm starting to feel like the problem may be solved. Unless it's tied into the bug, and if that's the case, it's on their end and there's nothing I can do about it (so I'll just wait it out). I've got to use the computer for a couple hours but when I'm done I'll attempt a re-start and report back. Thanks!
