but in 2010 it was such a super duper new shiny thing. And I was in the market for an ereader/tablet combo. It was marvelous when it worked. How could I know it would not have enough memory. Anyway my colleague at work also complains at his iPad 2 that it is getting very slow. I might give him your advice to restore things, maybe it will help. By the way, Apple hardware works great, it is the software that gets sidelined.
As for the topic 8' and 5.7' is the right combination for me.
