I took that survey. Some of those questions are basically there to make sure you are paying attention to the questions and not just marking the same answer each time. There is a place in the survey where they ask about your perception of customer service and the website, etc. In general it's a comparison of their service/website to Google Play, although there were questions in there about whether you use Amazon, Apple, and others.
