Hi. I have some problems with firmware 5.12 on Pockebook Lux 3 and I want to downgrade, in order to check whether with an older version they can be solved. I am following the instructions, namely I put the firmware on the root folder and I keep pushing left and right button, while the device is booting.

Unfortunately I only get a message that the device is in safe mode, no other instruction or possibility for the downgrade. Am I missing something?
