I also have a kobo n289, with upgrade woes. I need the firmware for it, if someone could send that to me it would be much appreciated. I think I need the image file to get my n289 back to a usable format. Right now I have no books and can't sync via wifi or on the desktop software. A procedure would also be helpful.
