With appropriate software. You might need to suppy external power to the keyboard.

But unfortunately, archive.org did not archive his kernel source code git repository. Sad how interesting parts of web history up and vanish like that...

Hopefully a keyboard driver would need minimal kernel mods, and may only need a loadable kernel module (.ko file). As I mentioned in that other thread, look at what the Nook folks did to activate USB OTG on their very similar devices...
