@KayLee- you might be able to work up a function mode S&R in the editor, see Function Mode for Search & Replace in the Editor

But that exhausts my knowledge of it - i.e. the fact that it exists.

If its very regular - ie always the last 37 lines then you could use a command file to a) unpack the file, b) run a line editor like TECO or ed to remove the lines c) repack the epub.
