Emphasis is mine. I would like see their evidence for that. Have they quantified the contribution of "tools" to widespread piracy? E.g., is it 1%, 10%, 100% extra piracy because of the availability of these tools?

Also, they imply that their new URMS won't be hacked too, but I am sceptical.
