Looks like a bug indeed, but the main big issue is that nothing else is bothered (afaik) by that bug.
I can acces the device within the OS, so I can but stuff on my Kobo. Just Kobo isn't recognizing it.
I'm gonna check a beta release of OS 10.11.5 but I need some time for that.
