When I noticed there's now an option not to close Word after a convert I thought I'd take another look at the Word->ePUB converter

It would appear as consequence of doing that Word is stuck on straight quotes, I cannot get it to show smart quotes, nor can I get it to replace straight quotes with curly quotes - despite the following

And I can't find some of the Tools

I cannot imagine why running the Convert EPUB would have caused this, but I'm almost certain it did. The one unusual thing is that I had several documents open - as I normally do. The Convert converted the one I opened most recently rather than the one I was looking at - so it was a fruitless exercise anyway.

I'll try uninstalling EPUBTools, but I have a feeling I will have to reinstall Office 2010 and try to remember how I shoehorned Word 2007 into the equation to work with Outlook 2007. But I'll sleep on it first Ψ²
