It is NOT a manual. It is a book/pamphlet put together by someone trying to make a buck.
Take any scientific stuff with a grain of salt.
Since ppI stands for pixels per inch, that statement makes no sense.
Note all eyes are different.
Watch reading so-called guides.
Usually if they say "best", they just want your money.
