I don't think you left us enough choices. I rarely use a cover at home but I do have a cover on my oldest Paperwhite. It's the one I usually take with me but more than that, the cover helps me tell it from my newer one.
So we should have had the option to answer Sometimes.
And if Cthulhu doesn't like that, too bad.
