Yes, Flash Fiction by Thomas is excellent!

There are a number of follow-ons as well but it's still a classic.

"Flash Fiction Forward" by Thomas/Shapard

"Sudden Flash Youth" by Perkins/Hazuka/Budman

There are also a few anthologies that include slightly longer pieces (but not to the length of typical short stories) like:

"Sudden Fiction"
"Sudden Fiction (Continued)"
"New Sudden Fiction"

There is also a new annual focused on Flash - "The Best Small Fictions 2015"
there will be a 2016 edition soon edited by Stuart Dybek I loved the first one last year and am looking forward to the next one. I hope it continues!
