It looks like their online system is not as userfriendly as all the other online shops.
I ordered the Reader+protective cover on 22nd Dec, and the credit card pending lasts till I email them why the can not resolve this. After only one working day, my status get updated to paid and soon to "preparing for dispatch". ANd they also reply me by email notifying the status.
However, another 10+ days passed and the preparing for dispatch status unchanged. I email them again and get the status to partially dispatch. It looks like the cover is out of supply, and they ship my Reader to me first.
My suggestion, just email them, otherwise their website only provide 0 information on what is going wroing.
