If they don't, you can get a skin from DecalGirl.com they have plain black ones, as well as a myriad of different designs. They offer both glossy or matte, by default when you add one to your shopping cart it's glossy so if you want matte make sure that's what you're getting. It appears that the white markings are within the area that's covered by the skin, it's hard to say without actually having your H2O to compare to mine, and I don't think more pictures would make it easier.
I bought a black matte one as soon as they were offered for the H2O, because I wasn't overly fond of the look of the finish on my H2O, though it was black it had some variations in the levels of black. I'm also not a fan of branding, if I like a product I'll sing its praises, I don't want to pay to be an advertisement.
