. It was just a suggestion and it was already pointed out that it won't be done though patches were welcome. And if you read the thread you'd notice there's already alternate easy solutions such as "Insomnia".

Also the tsunami example, even with the sarcastic intent is completely out of topic.I mean, ok your batch job got interrupted with an out of control power outage event ? Happens, if your batch job was critical for your business you failed to provide reliable power protection, if your batch job was simply for your personal needs, I believe one can get over it, either way one has no other choice but to get over it
