I was intrigued because I've never seen a price at Amazon (US, anyway) that was lower than $0.99. (Other than "Free" of course.)

Your screenshot mentions "free international wireless delivery via Amazon Whispernet" -- mine doesn't. I wonder if they knew where you were?
