Also just tested UK site and all works as it should.
I'm getting popups about changing/not changing my country. The address is automatically resetting to my IP location and then the prices are being updated with the geo location.

When I logged in with a VPN from the country I was purchasing from I no longer had the issue as was able to pay with my credit card.

BTW, S. Africa is still using the older checkout screen. NZ is using the new one.


EDIT: At the moment I am no longer seeing the new checkout. Incidentally, the new checkout now allows you to enter coupon codes before completing the payment info which is nice if you happen to have a credit to spend.
