$300 for an ereader is not going to put off everybody, or even the majority. Sonys were over $300, as I recall. Not much more than an Itouch. If it's a gadget that you will USE, then it's money well spent. I probably wasted more on my TV (which rarely gets used these days). No, I'm not getting one since I just got a Voyage.
