With Kepubs the renderer dynamically calculates pages which are dependant on font size, line spacing etc. So with a kepub a page is like a paper book's page - i.e. what you can see on the display.
Adobe uses an arbitrary number of characters and calls that a "page".
There is no way that two systems like this can be synchronised with each other based on "page numbers".
