In hindsight its not that big of a deal i guess as its still going to last days even for the most avid reader and it will be able to crown itself as the lightest ereader ever,it's just a shame it had to sacrifice so much to get the weight down, one of the things i love most about my PW3 is i dont have to worry for a few weeks before it needs charging, the improved ergonomics of the oasis are just not worth it to me.

I think there will be battery problems for some. Two weeks at 30 minutes per day is seven hours. Assume you don't remember to turn off wireless is less. Now for the big assumption. On an e ink display battery is consumed only when you turn pages. That means that if you turn pages twice as fast you get considerably less battery life. Assume you have someone that needs bigger type on a page. They turn pages more frequently because there are fewer words on a page.
So the standard deviation could be quite large. If you are a fast reader who uses font sizes twice normal and if you forget to turn off wireless I wouldn't be surprised to see battery life of four hours. Still just speculation, but we will see.
