In this type of situation, the first thing to do is to charge the device. Very often, the problem we see did something to use a lot of battery and run it out. Then, until the device is charged, the device won't respond.
The next step is a factory reset. I don't know if "any types of resets" include this. For the WiFi you need to:
- Charge the device for an hour.
- Hold the power switch in the off position for 20 seconds.
- Hold the home button down and turn it on.
- Release the home button after the LED or screen changes.
