Not for me at all. I don't like that the page buttons are on only one side. And there is no obvious improvement or even change in the screen or reading interface. The extra lights "fix" something that is not a problem for me. The extra battery life does not interest me. I'm happy with the long Voyage and Paperwhite battery life. (I own both)

For me, my perfect ereader would be a Voyage with a larger screen, I have a 6.8" and that is perfect. I'd also like it to be waterproof because I buy bulky annoying waterproof cases for my ereaders and it would be nice not to need such a case.

Also, two software improvements would be perfect for me. One is a better translate function that will translate from Latin and Greek which are used in many books that I read. The other software improvement would be an ability to highlight and search with Google (or Yahoo, Bing, etc.)

A 6.8" waterproof Voyage with Latin/Greek translation and Google search. I would buy that today.
