xtech I have a DXG also ... I put duokan on it -out of the box- .. never used amazon for anything and find it works quite well (not 100%) on pdf's djvu's and epubs .. the version I have is an old 0.5.13 issue
I have no idea if it is still around or has suffered 'bit rot' and disappeared or not ... Might be worth a try
