Thank you for your critic and honest feedback Cinisajoy.

I have amended most of the mistakes which were pretty obvious when you mentioned it. (I hope)

Changed the colour and underlined the ideas. Was using headline 2 in word which was ironically suggested to me from a kindle author.

A valuable lesson learnt here, no matter how precise my proofreading is, it is worth always getting someone else to proofread the book also, whether be professional or friend. Two heads are better than one as they say.

As for the category, I am slightly lost as to where it could go, most of the categories within self help relate to the content of the book.
