I want really long charges but have zero need of interest in anything waterproof. So there is that.

This is about the only place I hear folks talk about wanting waterproof readers. On kindle forums, I don't really hear it that much.

It would be a dream for me not to have to worry about battery life anymore. I charge every 3 days and always check my level. I read a lot and its all I get out of my kindles because of that. Free me from the cord and give me the comfy wedge for my poor hands. I'll still let others test drive the device, just like I did with the Voyage.

I have spilled water on my Voyage and its not a problem. But then I don't have a bathtub to lay in or a pool to go swimming in with my kindle in hand so I can't relate to that need. Even at the edge of pool with a few splashes I think the Voyage can handle that fine with the flat bezel.
