Quality check PI:check Metadata:check... for the report (1 run per mismatch type)

Then when the results appear: Select all: Metadata edit (will be bulk mode)
Tick Update <the appropriate> : OK

I like this way because it only changes the Last_Modified for those books

Before doing Author Sort,
Run the Check Authors Initials (set you fav Initials format first), then run Fix: Authors initials (uses that same FAV)
