@damson - Try uploading to Kindle directly without Calibre.

@suirauqa - Kindle Fire support was dropped as there is no real reason to convert content there. I suggest to not use PDF and MOBI format at all. Convert everything to bare images and use: http://www.amazon.com/RookieStudio-P.../dp/B005XN0SGU
