#1 failed, and possible reasons include the link having already been used, or it expired. So it's possible the links are unique to each user. (It also lists a third reason of you just recently signed up and suggests waiting an hour, but it's been more than an hour already. So I'm inclined to believe it's a unique link.)
#2 failed, had to make a new account with them (Naxos login wouldn't work) and it won't let me download it without purchasing it for $5.99. Also refusing to stream it for some reason. I click on stream in the app and it... does nothing.
#3 I'm going to wait on. I just signed up late Friday evening so if they need to do something manually it'll probably be Monday before someone's in to do it. If I haven't received an E-mail for this month's freebie by then, I'll try contacting them to ask about it on Tuesday.
