We pay for Dropbox, 1TB. I know it's expensive but when we started paying it was for 100GB so getting ITB for the same price mentally helps us avoid the cost issue.

I could get ITB free with office 365, I have four months left of a free yearly subscription, but tbh we are loathe to move from Dropbox as everything we have just works with it. We have two iPads, two iPhones, a Samsung tablet, a Kindle Fire plus two Windows laptops and a Mac, not to mention my Kobo when I need to.

I would never use Amazon's cloud and I'm not a real fan of iCloud. I just think I'd rather pay for an independent cloud service than one linked to a specific device or operating systems, or retailer.
