These are the first 3 books I checked in my food collection that are not BIG 5...I did not hunt or search. Amazon gained their market share on pricing below others. Buyers stuck with Amazon for pricing and reviews.
Not to say they are perfect...walled garden...
Agency pricing works wonders for Kobo and Barnes and Noble. Amazon will make soup out of rotten vegetables...that's all.
