Odds are low but as Nate reported there are leaks about *two* Kindles. One, a new entry level, code named Woody; the other, code named Whisky, has non-haptic Page turn buttons and uses Paperwhite firmware. Neither fits the billing of "new, top of the line" so I suspect they are revamping the entire lineup and there is a third reader in the pipeline.
Because of timing, Liquavista is an option.
So is a Voyage 2, either same size or slightly larger, with or without audio or Alexa.
Or a bigger, academic-focus reader or just about any ereader worthy if "top of the line".
Whatever it is, Bezos saw fit to break pattern and tweet about it. Enough of an oddity to let us fantasize for a week before reality sets in.
(Or until somebody trolls the FCC files and finds something.)
