That's where this question comes from.
It **should** re-install all parts of the jailbreak when you re-boot the device with the power button (held 20 seconds or more - ignore any pop-up panel).

If not, then give us details of what you did to "re-jailbreak" - include links to anything you used.

If KUAL and MrPI are still working (and they should be after a re-boot) -
You have to re-install all update_*.bin packaged files after an Amazon update.
That is normal.

MrPI can install all of the packages by putting them all into /mrpackages at the same time.
